DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Customers can choose either to get the furniture delivered to your door or in-store pick-up. About Store Pick Up, for your convenience we would recommend you to arrange the appointment with your salesperson after purchasing. In order to complete store pick up, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about pickup, delivery and managing your order.

Pick up hours are 9:00 am. – 6:00 pm. Monday through Saturday, except holidays.

• Bring the order number/receipt and a valid ID/Passport (If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid ID/Passport.)

Remarks:

• The furniture will not be wrapped until you have inspected your goods.
• Make sure to measure your vehicle door, trunk, or bed prior and don’t forget to bring blankets, plastic, and/or ratchet tie down.
• Shipping containers can get hot or wet. Please always consider weather conditions.
• Please keep in mind, once it is loaded into your vehicle it is your staff/shipping agent’s responsibility to secure the furniture in your vehicle.

DELIVERY

Free Delivery with a minimum purchase amount to 10,000 THB within Chiang Mai Province.

For other areas within Thailand, delivery rates are based on your distance. Delivery will be made through standard ground delivery services and placed at your front door. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Pricing and delivery times are based on your distance from our store. Delivery is provided by an independent service provider.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
